Since the discovery of electricity, people have been making new sounds with it. In the mid 20th Century, the development of computers meant even more sounds were possible. In these Minutes, you will hear many different sounds produced by electronic instruments including synthesisers and computers. These instruments still rely on vibrations from speakers to create sounds you can hear.
