Kirsty Devaney

Kirsty Devaney is a composer, music educator and researcher based in Birmingham. She specialises in creating new music for and with non-professional and young musicians, which led to her to being shortlisted for a British Composer award. She has since had commissions to work with the London Symphony Orchestra and had her music aired on Radio 3. In 2013 she found and continues to run the Young Composers Project at Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. www.kirstydevaney.com
