Anna was a winner of the 2014 BBC Proms Inspire competition in the senior category with her vocal piece, ‘Underneath’ which was performed at The Royal College of Music and has received various subsequent BBC Radio 3 broadcasts, including as part of a celebration of female composers on International Women’s Day.
She sings and plays bass in the band L.U.N.A.R. alongside Jamie Minns who she met at the Purcell School for Young Musicians. Bridging the gap between the dancefloor and the great wide open, their vibrant music is an infectious combination of indiepop and Tropicalia alongside influences from bands such as Foals, Years and Years and Lana del Rey.
